The surgeon and orthodontist face daily difficulties with correcting a patient's occlusion. Compressed maxilla is big obstacle to conventional orthodontic treatment or orthognathic surgery. Surgically Assisted Rapid Palate Expansion way optimize the treatment, based on osteogenic distraction tissue distraction, reaching more quickly necessary dimensions of palate. purpose this article make case report two patients age differences show results obtained in each.
